OUR ORIGIN
Started by students. Built for wider participation.
IWF began in 2021 as a student-led initiative creating spaces for young women to learn, connect, and lead.
The network is being developed around a simple idea: useful opportunities should not depend on already knowing the right people. Programs connect students with experienced voices, practical learning, and peers who want to build something meaningful in their own communities.
