Information is used to respond to inquiries, review volunteer applications, organize programs, coordinate contributors, evaluate chapter interest, and maintain basic participation records. IWF does not sell personal information.
If a program may be photographed or recorded, participants will be informed. Individual images, names, or quotations will not be used as public participant features without appropriate permission.
Programs involving minors may require additional school, parent, guardian, or participant permissions depending on the activity. Public-facing materials will use additional care with identifying information.
IWF may use services such as Google Forms, email, video-conferencing, and project-management tools to receive and organize information. Access should be limited to people who need it for the relevant program. Records should be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer reasonably needed.
